I’m pretty sure you would rather be out of your office making things happen out there, rather then spending all morning fussing with Insurance paperwork. Framing Contractors- In the past year or two, more Insurance companies have begun looking at framing contractors as a
hazardous risk. Most companies will still allow framing work
to be done by the general contractor, If it is done in conjunction with remodeling or building a custom home.

Condo / Townhomes work – Many of the low cost Insurance
Programs on the market will allow you to do repair/remodel work on condos if the work is done for the owner of a specific unit and not the condo association itself.
